At The Backpackers Shop, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include any documentation to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
